I would go with RLP. I had awful ones around the same time. Just take it easy tonight, put your feet up and let your DH take care of you Wink

I went to L&D earlier this week for similiar symptoms and it turned out to be siatica (pains related to my siatic nerve). Not fun, but I'm glad I found out what it was bc the cramp like pains really had me worried.

I had some of those same cramps and backache earlier today. I was thinking RLP pain as well.
