Middle name for Rhett?

We decided that if we have a boy his name will be Rhett (no such consensus on a girl's name, we need more time on that one haha) but we are stuck as to a middle name. We have kind of a long (3 syllable) and awkward Lithuanian last name, so something that won't be too much of a mouthful would be perfect...we are just so stuck and can't think of anything! I like Alexander, but I think it's too long and DH is only so/so on it.

Thanks for the help!

  • Sorry, acccidentally hit post.

If you go with Rhett I think the middle name has to be longer to accomodate for only 1 syllable fn. But if you do Everhett, you could use a one syllable middle name. And call him Rhett for short.

  • We are also thinking of Rhett as a first name...but have no intentions of using Everett because we want to call him Rhett.

Good luck with a middle name! We have a 3 syllable Polish last name and it is hard to come up with the right fit!

  • I think if you can think of a 2-syllable name with the emphasis on the second syllable it would fit really well. That's hard with boy names though. I can't think of any boy names like that.

I kind of like Rhett Carter.

  • When we were thinking about the name Rhett we paired it with the middle name Avery.
