Nbr - dinner with the hubby, need fantastic recommendation

Our babysitter moved a few months ago and we haven't been out on a date night in a while. My sister is in town and willing to babysit this weekend so DH and I can celebrate our anniversary. The food choices in Beaumont are terrible, so we'll be coming into Houston (or The Woodlands if there's any good choices). Two years ago we went to Mark and absolutely loved it, but want to try something different, and preferably not a chain. Any recs are very much appreciated :-) TIA
