BFP or trigger shot still in system at 11dpo?!?!

So I am being cautiously optomistic about this because I don't want to get my hopes up, but I POAS yesterday and today (11dpo/iui) and definitely got 2 lines! I used a FRER and wondfos-both showing light but visible 2nd lines. This is our 3rd month of clomid and every other time I POAS in the past it was always negative by 11/12 dpo, so I'm hoping. Called the RE today and they said to wait until Monday to see if I get period and then come in for BW. I am hoping this is it, but I don't really have any symptoms besides cramping. What do you think??

Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
BFP #1 6/22/09 EDD: 3/2/10 DS born: 3/8/10
TTC #2 since Dec 2011
BFP #2 7/8/12 EDD: 3/18/12 M/C @ 9w1d: 8/16/12
I tested out my trigger and it was out today at 9dpt.
