2u2 on the go diaper bag?

I am looking for the smallest diaper bag that will still fit everything I will need for two under two-diapers, two extra outfits, wipes, bottles, etc.  Definitely not a full size bag.  I currently have the LLBean tote and full size diaper bag.  One is too small, the other is too big for trips to the store etc.  

So, what's the perfect non-burdensome bag?

    Ive found a back pack is the easiest to haul around when juggling 2kids. I would like to carry a nicer looking bag, but the back pack seems the be the lesser nuisance.

    I had a Jujube Be all for my 2u2 and never had an issue - it is fairly compact.  It got to be more of a pain when they were older, and constantly giving me toys, snack cups, etc to carry for them since it is a messenger style and not easy to just pop open.  I just got a JujuBe BFF and I love it!  I can wear it as a messenger style, backpack or over one shoulde and it opens from the top but zips shut so nothing will fall out.  It is also pretty compact, but fits a lot - I am hoping to fit all I need for my 3 in here when the newbie arrives!

    I have the Eddie Bauer bag and it was too big for my too so right now (ages 11 months and 34 months) I use a reusable grocery bag and thought maybe a pinterest clue could help you as well... I just started doing it but for extra outfits put the whole outfit in a ziplock baggie. Then you have a baggie or two for each kid plus diapers. When you use a spare outfit you have the clean bag to put dirty clothing back into and it all stays fairly cleaned up inside the bag. At their ages I have a Huggies wipe package 1/2 full of wipes and 4-5 diapers for DD2, 2 outfits each and a sweatshirt for each of us. Plus the RS that I find essential. But I BF and BLW so I don't need as much as other moms :D

    I like our Skip Hop Bento.  It's large enough but not ginormous.
