MH, G and I are going to a small party tonight and I really want to wear him to avoid the baby pass around.  I have a ktan but I am fairly certain it is too big (its a xs so I cant exchange for smaller) because LO does not feel at all secure in it.  I also have an ergo with the heart to heart insert but I can't really sit comfortably wearing that.

I'm considering running out to get a moby because I can make it as tight as I need it to be and don't have to worry about it being to big. What kind of carrier do you use?  What are it's pros and cons?

    Use the wrap around band to make you K'Tan feel more secure. I don't think it's worth the money to buy a Moby when you already a e a K'Tan.

    I only have the moby so I have nothing to compare it to. I am able to sit with it on.

    I too only have the moby, so i can't compare. I like it a lot though and can sit comfortably.

    I have a mei tai and I like it a lot. But I don't have anything to compare it to. I can sit comfortably in it.

    I 2nd or 3rd the Moby Wrap I have once called the Boba wrap and no problems sitting etc..

    We use the moby and love it for what you are describing. We also have a beco but it seems like a bit much at this point. I love how cuddly the moby is.

    This is what I did when DD was first born. Works like a charm.

    I have and am obsessed with the Moby. Transitions well from standing to sitting and is so comfortable.

    I'm wearing my moby right now while sitting at my desk and DS (3 weeks) is nursing in it.  Super handy!!
