Lurker Intro!

Hi Ladies! I'm coming out of hiding :)

I'm A, married to C and we have an almost 9 month old, another C.

We were quite surprised to find out that I'm pregnant with #2 [I literally only POAS because a friend got a BFP] but we're so excited! We found out last week how far along I am. I've only had one period [in June!] since DS1 since I was EBF. It really was a mystery how far along I was. I'm 9 weeks today with EDD May 24 and excited to hop back on the pregnancy roller coaster with you gals! I would also appreciate any 2U2 advice!

    DX: PCOS/Recurrent losses/MTHFR mutation (compound hetero)
    5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
    3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
    IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
    IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!

    I'll be a 2U2er as well. DS will be 21 mo when this one arrives. Terrified doesn't even describe my feeling! I need to find more patience somewhere!

    Congrats! I know what you mean by not knowing how far along you were. At my first appointment they asked when my last period was. I thought for a sec and then said "June 2011?" lol

    First off, congrats! Second of all, you appear to be a military mom... me too! You'd think between that and online gaming I'd be able to decipher most acronyms, but I'm a first timer in this department, so could you (or anyone else) please explain all of the bumpie-related abbreviations? Thanks!
