What kids really hear.

Tonight we had dinner early because DH does Tai Chi on Thursday nights. DD wanted to know why we were eating early so we told her. DH inhaled his dinner and took off. Just after he left, my younger brother called. DD said, "I want to talk to Uncle Kenny!!" I handed her the phone and this is what she told my brother,"Hi Uncle Kenny!! Guess what!! Today I was in my room and mommy called me downstair for supper so we can eat zanya, we had to eat right after my nap because daddy has to go catch sheep on Fursdays! Okay bye!!"

She gave me the phone back and all I could hear was the sound of my brother gasping for breath while laughing his azz off.
