Seemed like there was some interest in the other thread, so here goes. I'm a little hesitant to be the one doing it since I've not had an u/s yet...but in the spirit of being optimistic, here goes...
How far along are you? When is your EDD?
If you are far enough along to know, and have found out, are you having a boy or girl? If you aren't finding out or just haven't yet, any feeling about what it will be?
Any appointments this past week? Any coming up?
Did you pass any milestones recently?
What differences/similarities are you finding with this pregnancy and your others? Both physically and emotionally. How is the PgAL brain treating you this time around?

Re: ~~~KU PAL Check In~~~
How far along are you? When is your EDD? About 6 weeks. EDD based on LMP is June 12th.
If you are far enough along to know, and have found out, are you having a boy or girl? If you aren't finding out or just haven't yet, any feeling about what it will be? We are nowhere near far enough along to find out boy/girl, but we will be when/if the time comes. I'm all over the place in what I think it is. Leaning mostly towards girl, but the feeling isn't nearly as strong as it was with my son.
Any appointments this past week? Any coming up? None recently. My first u/s is next Tuesday. I'm already a little nervous.
Did you pass any milestones recently? My loss milestone was a week ago. Getting to six weeks is a biggie for me.
What differences/similarities are you finding with this pregnancy and your others? Both physically and emotionally. How is the PgAL brain treating you this time around? Physically, this pregnancy is incredibly similar to my sons. Minimal 1st Tri symptoms (don't worry, 3rd tri kicked my butt with my son). Spotting basically everyday from my stupid sensitive cervix. Mentally I'm in a much better place than the last time around. Instead of feeling like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, I feel like it's ok to have hope. Having BTDT has helped me a bunch as well, especially with the spotting. It is still scary, but at least this time I know what the cause is.
I found out today that my husbands brother and his wife are expecting again. Not your average arrangement in that they have to use a gestational surrogate (their DNA). Their second child is apparently due in mid-June as well. They don't know we are expecting yet. I'm keeping all my crossables crossed that both pregnancies go well.

How far along are you? When is your EDD? About 9 weeks.
If you are far enough along to know, and have found out, are you having a boy or girl? If you aren't finding out or just haven't yet, any feeling about what it will be? Don't know. Could be either of both.
Any appointments this past week? Any coming up? I had an u/s today.
Did you pass any milestones recently? Not yet.
What differences/similarities are you finding with this pregnancy and your others? Both physically and emotionally. How is the PgAL brain treating you this time around? The biggest difference is that there are two babies cooking this time. There was a third, but Baby C is a vanishing twin. I am too tired to really enjoy or be scared this time around.

Okay, I'll play!
How far along are you? When is your EDD?
I'm 31w, due 12/21.
If you are far enough along to know, and have found out, are you having a boy or girl? If you aren't finding out or just haven't yet, any feeling about what it will be?
We are team green. I'm really unsure what this baby is.
Any appointments this past week? Any coming up?
I am high risk due to my loss so I have weekly appts. I had one today; my MFM does a t/v u/s every week to check my cerclage and measure my cervix.
Did you pass any milestones recently?
Every week I can keep this baby in at this point is a milestone!
What differences/similarities are you finding with this pregnancy and your others? Both physically and emotionally. How is the PgAL brain treating you this time around?
This is my third pg, 1st time being PgAL. This pg has been VERY different both physically and emotionally. I had no complications in either of my previous pg's, until my loss. This time around it's been nothing BUT complications since 15w. I am finishing up my 15th week of bedrest and have 6 to go. I'm also on p17, procardia and have a cerclage this time around. Emotionally I have been terrified this entire pg. Even passing my loss milestone, I am still not confident. I know too many late loss ladies now to ever feel comfortable.
Thank you! :
How far along are you? When is your EDD? Eleven weeks. Right now my due date is 5/9...but I still have another ultrasound the 30th to check a cyst that should tell me more.
If you are far enough along to know, and have found out, are you having a boy or girl? If you aren't finding out or just haven't yet, any feeling about what it will be? No feeling this time yet. With DS and my loss I had a strong boy feeling both times.
Any appointments this past week? Any coming up? Not recently, but I do have an appt & US on the 30th.
Did you pass any milestones recently? My milestone was making it through the 1st ultrasound to see where LO was. My loss anniversary is coming up Monday/Tuesday & I would have never guessed that I would have a LO & be pregnant again after all that happened 2 years later. I thought it would take 2 years to have one baby since my angel took 10 months to concieve.
What differences/similarities are you finding with this pregnancy and your others? Both physically and emotionally. How is the PgAL brain treating you this time around? The only things similar is I have another ovarian cyst this time around & no bleeding or spotting this time either (FWIW I was bleeding internally the first go round, not externally) so that will never be an indicator to me that things are going well. I learned anything can happen. This pregnancy has been totally different from my others....as far as how I feel physically...I have a little more energy this time. No acne this time either. There were a lot of things wrong with my first pregnancy (as far as pain and cramping early on that later made labor seem easy) that after having Landon I was able to tell early on that this one was more than likely in the right place. Emotionally I am in a better place-mainly because I am too busy to worry & google every little symptom.
ETA: See I try to post from ym phone and it gets all messed up!
What I was trying to say...Just about 6w with my first u/s and OB appointment tomorrow. My angel stopped growing at 6w so I am anxious to pass this week. I hope after good news tomorrow I will feel more relaxed with this pregnancy. My symptoms are very simialr to my DDs pregnancy as of now. I have no feeling on the sex at all at this point.
My first one is on Tuesday, though my loss milestone passed more than a week ago. Definitely nervous, but kind of excited as well. A different experience than the approach of D's first u/s for sure.
