Im just curious as to when the m/s started to calm down for you girls. Ive been on Zolfran for a few weeks now (they gave it to me initially to help with the nausea from my OHSS) and i dont feel like its getting any better.
Im up to 3 pills a day and Im having a hard time with it still.
Re: How long did your m/s last?
With both pregnancies, until delivery.
I had HG and ended up getting a PICC line,a zofran pump and being hospitalized. If it isn't improving let them know so they can try other things.
Feel better soon!
I do. Im not able to eat much of a variety, but I do try to eat something every few hours.

Sour candies (preggie pop drops and sweet tarts) and lemon ice pops provided temporary relief for me sometimes.
Mine was really bad until about 13 weeks and we even entertained the zofran pump. I was on 24mg of zofran a day. I still struggle with it some days but about 16 weeks it really calmed down. Now I have on average, one really bad day per week with small bouts of nausea here and there. It is so much more manageable than it was in the first tri though! I still take about 4mg of zofran in the morning just to keep breakfast down. If I can do that I am generally pretty good through the day.
I will say tiny meals every couple of hours, bland foods, eating what my body wanted etc really helped. The important thing is that you keep something down and as my doctor told me it didn't matter what as at this time your prenatal is plenty for the LO's.
I really hope you are one of the "lucky" ones who's passes around 13 to 16 weeks and remains gone!

Here we go again...IVF 3 is underway!
Mine lasted til about 17-18 weeks.
Mine was bad (throwing up a couple times a day, despite zofran) from week 5-26. After that it was just nausea most of the day. So, it lasted the entire pg, but it was more manageable by the third tri.
I don't think that's normal, though.

another here who had it the whole pg (with both pregnancies). Every time I refilled my zofran script the pharmacy employees would make bets on wether I'd need another one. No fun at all, but that's unusual. Hopefully yours will get better soon.
The only advice I have is to occasionally try what didn't work before. Some weeks seltzer water helped, other weeks lemons did and then wouldn't the day after that.
Also I took half a unisom and a b6 nightly, supposedly that was similar to phenagran (sp?) and it helped me greatly. I wondered if it was because I was still sick and skipped a night. The next morning was 10x worse!
