Finally got my monitoring results...not really what I wanted to hear

My doctor was on vacation, so I got my cd3 bloodwork and monitoring resutls at the same time.
My FSH was 40.8, which is not good and means diminished ovarian reserve. The estrodil was also low, but he didn't tell me that number.
Ultrasound Tech couldn't find the right ovary at all; left ovary had a cyst that was 2.3 cm x 1.6 cm. He seems to think that could be an egg about to be released saying they want it at 2.5 (he used centimeters and not millimeters, which totally threw me).
The plan: DH and I will get busy tonight and tomorrow in the hopes that I do O. If AF hasn't arrived by Nov 5, and a hpt is negative, give him a call and we'll start Provera again. We will do CD3 bloodwork again; up the clomid to 100 mg; mid-cycle ultrasound.
So there you have it...at best I am probably perimenopausal. I am currently waiting for DH to get home with some wine.

Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.

3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!
Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500
First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat
LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!
TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015
Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015
Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270
First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.
JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.
