Late Code Buttercream question

We are having C's second party next weekend and I am trying to decide whether or not to make little favor bags for those that are less than 2.  The big kids are getting awesome favor bags but I am stumped about what I could put in a bag for C and other babies her age.  What says Oct 11?

    I put board books, Halloween socks, Very Hungry Caterpillar snack containers from the dollar section at Target. There was something else but I forget. Bubbles and an Ellas Kitchen cookie maybe? Lo learned how to blow bubbles a week or so before her party. My SIL wanted to make sure she could blow out her candles lol.
