June 2013 Moms

I feel like a new woman!

I hope the zofran keeps working this well....I feel almost 100% better compared to yesterday. The little headache it's given me is nothing compared to the morning sickness. Just wanted to share in case anyone is on the fence about it :-)

Re: I feel like a new woman!

  • I had great luck with Zofran as well, with my first pregnancy. I do want to warn you though, the first day I went off of it, I was sicker than I had been my entire pregnancy (this was at 18 weeks) and it was the only time I actually had to miss work for my M/S. So if you do plan to go off of it, wait till a weeken when you don't have anything to do!!

Glad it is working for you though!

  • It took me about two days to feel better, nothing major. Just wish I would have planned it better so I didn't have to miss work!

  • Yay!  I'm glad it's working for you!

  • Love my Zofran-- I even have it in dissolving tabs...

Word to the wise, however-- chase that Zofran with some Colace every day or two. Zofran is very constipating.

  • I started taking it on Monday b/c I could not eat.  Or keep anything down.  It's working!  I'm still not eating for fun, but for simple nutrition. And I'm only taking a tablet when I feel the worse, since Monday I've taken 4 - not too bad.  Good luck!
