I'm out of dinner ideas for Preston. The jarred food no longer satisfies him and so I have been trying to give him meatballs, livewurst (he loves it, ew!), and canned/fresh veggies. Any suggestions are appreciated!
Mac and cheese
Salsa chicken with black beans
Meatballs
Pierogies
Pulled pork
Soup of almost any kind
Grilled cheese
Maple glazed salmon
Some favorite veggies and sides...
Mashed cauliflower with cheese
Roasted broccoli, potatoes and sweet potatoes
Sauteed green beans with garlic and nutmeg
Steamed carrots
Peas mixed into anything
Risotto
I give C whatever we are having. Some of his favorites are salmon, rotisserie chicken, potatoes, bread, butternut squash soup.
I would stay away from canned vegetables if I were you. Most canned foods are lined with BPA to prevent rusting, which in studies is an endocrine disrupter. Also, most of the nutrients are no longer in the veggies. I'd stay with frozen, then just steam them, or add to the meals that you are cooking. I always have frozen peas on hand so I can throw a handful in whatever is cooking.

I try to give her what we are haveing unless it's something like pizza the 2nd time in a week.
She loves raviolis, veal/chicken/eggplant parm, fried calamari (flame away), lobster, mozz. sticks (again flame away), grilled cheese, baked french fries, cut-up hotdogs and diced ham/turkey.I've been getting the canns of mixed veggies and the pieces tend to be small enough that I only need to break up the kidney beans.
ETA: She also LOVES all types of bread & cheese quesadillas.

Yikes! I had no idea! Thanks for letting me know.
Yea, unfortunately it is everywhere, water bottles, cash register receipts, can linings... Of course you can't avoid everything, but you can do what you can.

LBB eats whatever we're having. He went nuts last night when I gave him a chicken drumstick.
His favorite foods are Mexican - tacos, quesadillas, carnitas, sopes, black beans, etc.
He loves pork in all varieties.
And he loves stuffed potatoes- both regular and sweet.
Ground beef seasoned for tacos
Spaghetti/Ravioli
Grilled chicken breast (Although this turns my pregnant stomach)
Tonight we're trying asian stir fry
