Baby Gift - WWYD?

A friend of mine just sent a baby gift of assorted things from my registry.  Unfortunately I had not been updating my registry so most of it is stuff I no longer need for LO.  There were 4 of one of the items (an infant carseat arm cushion).  I'm guessing she didn't mean to purchase and send 4 since I only registered for one.  What's the protocol here?  Tell her she accidentally sent 3 extra so she can get a refund??  WWYD?

ETA -  Just to clarify, I will of course thank her for the gifts and for thinking of us!   I just wasn't sure what to say about the duplicate gifts.

    Say nothing because if she did intend to send 4 you will probably make her feel silly.

    I've been guilty of sending more than desired/requested amount of something on a registry before... like of things that might get soiled quickly for convenience sake.  (There were things as a new mom that I wished I had more of or didn't have to wash so frequently, so if I see those items, I'll just get more ahead of time for the registrant.)
    I figure at the worst, if they're absolutely against multiple of the items, they can return them.  So there's a possibility that she intentionally sent multiples...

    But there are only so many arm rests that a carseat can have... so I don't know.

    If I was your friend, I wouldn't be the least bit offended if you kept all 4 items.
    Even if she didn't catch that she sent 4 instead of 1, she surely saw that she paid $60 instead of $15 (or whatever the amount was), so she probably intended to give you that general dollar amount.

    In your thank-you note I would say something about how it's always nice to have extra as they sure do get grimy fast??

    Also, I'm sure the ladies on the "Baby Showers" board would have the exact etiquette for this situation.  I'm sure it's happened before.

    Thanks for the feedback! Good idea to check on the baby showers board.  It's been a year since my shower so I had pretty much forgotten about that board.   ;-)
