Family Trip to Labcorp

I had the pleasure of taking P (DH came too, luckily) to Labcorp this morning to give blood.  I think I was more traumatized than he was!  It didn't help that I had to give blood too (I am hoping the last bit of pregnancy hormone is gone).  P did as good as can be expected - he only screamed the ENTIRE time.  ugh!  And do they have to wrap the little gauze with enough tape to rip all of the hair from your arm??  Sorry, rant over.  Zip it!

    Ugh, that's the worst! When they took DD's blood at her one year appointment, she cried the whole time and then her finger wouldn't stop bleeding for like forever!

    I don't think I could bring LBB with me.  I get hysterical about giving blood and I bet that would be pretty scary for the little guy.

    They didn't do the finger prick - they took it from his little arm!  DH held him for that becuase I couldn't bring myself to do it.   They took 4 viles!!  Who knew???

    I had B to Labcorp this morning. 2 viles. CBC, Lead, and something else.
