Small lump on anus (Sorry, TMI)

So I was trying to change Z this morning and she didn't want it, so she flipped over onto her stomach. Her butt was in the air, and I noticed a bump near her anal opening. It was the weirdest thing! I touched it and it seemed almost like a blister? She's not in any discomfort, or acting any differently, so I'm at a complete loss. She has a dr's appt tomorrow morning, and in meantime Dr. Google isn't giving me anything. Have any of you ladies seen this with your LO's?
She's also had a yeast infection for around 4 days now, it gets better, then it comes back. My friend's LO had the same thing and they told her to throw out all of her butt creams and to start new, bc apparently the cream can get contaminated, adn you just keep giving it back to them. I'm definitely doing that today as well. :S My poor booger.

Yep. Lucy has had a small one since birth. It doesn't seem to bother her.

I have had one my entire life, too. It only bothers me if I'm sick with a stomach bug, if you know what I mean.
Sometimes hemorrhoids never go away. If she has a yeast infection, butt cream won't help. She needs an anitfungal cream.
