I always see babies in carriers at the mall but never thought much about it until I got pregnant. I would definitely like to use a carrier but I am kind of clueless.
I really like the print on this carrier. Is this considered an acceptable carrier? I have read that the bjorn (which I see everywhere) isn't good but I have never heard of this brand.
Thanks!

Just happened to see this, and I have that same carrier. It is a fine, affordable option in the mei tai style.
Personally, I liked it ok, but didn't love it. Likes: like all mei tais, there are lots of ways you can tie it, so it grows with your child, and it seems to be very sturdy. (I wore my toddler in it a month or so ago, so it definitely ages well). Dislikes: this is more of a personal preference, but the fabric was very heavy and a little stiff which made tying a little challenging, it's one size fits all so the straps were very long for my petite size, and I also found it rather hot due to both the color and the weight of the fabric. I live in Florida and do most of my baby-wearing outdoors, though, so my idea of hot may be different than yours.
I ended up loving my ring sling the best, because it was cooler and quicker to get on and off, but the mei tai is nice to have for back carries, so I guess it's not bad to have it around.
HTH!
