My favorite is Young's on Kirkwood Hwy next to Party City/ BJ's do you know where I'm talking about? I love it there, the owners are so nice.

For spices and a few other random things, hit up Apna Bazaar on Old Capitol Trail behind Prices Corner at the intersection of Newport Gap Pike. Bonus points, stop for the best ice cream evvvver at Paleteria y Neveria across the street.

    I was a little intimidated the first time I went in there, since most of the packaging is in Japanese or Korean. shocking, right?. But the owner's wife is usually behind the counter during the day middle aged, attractive Korean woman and she is SO nice and will explain everything to you and give recommendations.
