Freezer stash officially depleated!

I was only able to pump once at work today and as it is, DS eats more than I produce.  So I had to pull out my last bag of stashed milk so that I have enough for his 2 bottles of BM at DC    Crying

    Can you pump on your way to or from work? Do you pump after the last night feed? I'm sorry.

    Mine has been gone for about 2 weeks, and I'm starting to have to supplement at DC, usually only one bottle.  I can get extra during the weekend, but I am playing catch up most days.  And stressing about it does not help much, huh?  going to try lactation cookies again this weekend to boost the bubbies!

    Sorry, I know how stressful that can be. I have found out that I pump more when I like massage my breasts and look at photos of my LO on my phone. I know it is kind of creepy but I seem to get like 3 to 4 more ounces a day when I do that.

    Aww. It might be a temporary dip. Keep trying! Some days I randomly get several ounces less.

    I was done to 12 oz out of 650 oz, I wasn't pumping at work but feeding her at my lunch. I rented the Symphony since my PISA seemed to decrease my output. I stopped dipping into the freezer. I can pump 4-5 oz instead of 2 with the PISA. I pump 3 times a day, still nurse at lunch and other times.

    i already supplement and am ok with it, so he might just get more formula some days.  i can only produce what i can produce and i've accepted that.  i was stressing about it for awhile but that didn't help the situation so i bit the bullet and started with the formula - and he's been much happier since. 

    i have pumped in the car and will do it on my drive home if i miss a session during the day... iwas running late to get ds at dc yesterday & didn't have the extra time for setup & dismantle to pump in the car.
