Overdue update: staying or going

Well it's been about 3 weeks from my 8 week appt. At this appt my cervix was measuring very small and they did an u/s because of that. My OB said I either ovulated late or I was about to have a miscarriage. I went back the following week for another u/s because my hcg numbers were so high and my OB really didn't know what was going on. Well it turns out I was pregnant but it was an ectopic pregnancy 
Because of this they had to give me a shot of chemo to break up the pregnancy. I have been going back to get blood work each week and my numbers are going down; which is good for my health, but we are so sad about it. Now we have to wait until my numbers are back down to zero and all the chemo is out of me to start ttc again. It feels like it will it take forever to have both of these done. I just want my body to be ready (quickly) so we can to ttc again. I know deep down, that this wasn't "our time", but it still makes me sad.

3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN

I'm so sorry for your loss. The waiting for the hcg to go down is so difficult. Spending time on the Miscarriage board really helped me to get through it.
