When is it ok to just put baby in the regular bathtub? We still have her in the smaller tub in the large tub, but the baby tub is getting to scuzzy on the underside, and it is impossible to clean well. I was wondering if there are any developmental milestones that make it apporpriate to just use the regular tub. TIA.

This. He's been in the big tub for months now. It's a lot easier and he loves splashing around.
this. And I do double baths. Two kids at once.
I am someone in the world that has ALWAYS bathed Bo in the big tub! When he was an itsy bitsy baby I sat in there with him am laid him on my legs! I stopped getting in with him when he could sit well alone!
Good luck tori!! A will love all of the room! Watch out though! Bo is notorious for standing up in the tub! Then I have to say "sit on your bottom" ! He now knows the direction, and I am blown away with the "classroom" capacities bath time holds in our house! I realize you can have these same experiences in a baby tub! I just think the "sit" is delivered in a more urgent fashion in the big tub, therefore he picked up on that quickly!
Bo knows basket, wipe your eyes, sit on your bottom, head back close your eyes, and duck: he cannot say duck like mr. Jack, but he can find his ducky! Oh and after the water goes down the special tunnel he lays on his tummy and tries to slurp the existing water drops! So cute!
Let us know how the transition goes!
ohhh yesss, this is a must!
And we have been in the big tub for a couple months now. It's a lot easier for me. Plus, its more room so T has a blast,
Us too. When she was tiny we had a foam mat thing that she laid on; once she could sit well, we got a non slip mat.
