The people who had this phone number last keep getting collections calls from this one company. They call our house 6 or 7 times a day. I have said, "Sorry, you have the wrong number." "Sorry there is nobody here by that name." "Please stop calling. The people you are trying to reach do not live at this number and I have never heard of them." "No I am not Mrs. Konig, I don't know a Mrs. Konig. No Konigs live here. STOP CALLING." "Do a reverse look up of our phone number. You will see that it's not the Konigs number anymore. Please stop calling here."
None of this has worked. They still call her 6 or 7 times a day.

Ugh I know how frustrating that is. I kept on getting one of those collection calls on my cell for I guess the person that had that same number before. It wasn't even a person calling it was a recording so I couldn't even tell them. It just said "press __# if you're __[insert name]_ so you can pay your debt. If you're not ___ hang up now" or something like that. Thankfully after a couple months the calls stopped.
Do you have caller ID? Is it coming from the same call center each time with the same number? Maybe you can block the number....?
You could also ask to speak to a supervisor, if you haven't already.
Tell them you killed Mrs. Konig, but are currently wearing her skin. How can you help?
