Kid proof IPad?

I want to set up my old iPad for ds so he can watch movies today in his bed (a vey special treat since he is sick). How can I make Netflix or huluplus kid proof? I don't want him to be able to watch inappropriate content. I once left the room while he was watching Thomas on hulu and when I returned he was watching "Family Guy". Looked like a cartoon to him. Yikes!

    Maybe download a DVD onto the iPad and let him watch that instead?  As DH says, you're always 3 clicks away from porn on the internet.... I wouldn't let him watch anything web-based where he can change the show unless you'll be supervising him the entire time.
