A friend of mine made her daughters costume this year, first time she has ever made anything. I think she did a great job!

    I like the skirt/ mermaid tail! The rest would be too cold for Halloween here.

    Wow, that really is well-made.  Honestly, I wouldn't let my toddler daughter wear something like that- if for no other reason, the fact that she'd probably freeze, but to each their own.
