He eats what we eat for the most part. Unless it's too spicy or high on the allergy list, I give it to him.
Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, chunks of fruit and yogurt or popular for breakfast.
Lunch and dinner various combinations of meat (usually chicken or pork - shredded up works best), pasta with a little sauce, cheese (cut up or shredded), a steamed veggie, peeled fruit slices/chunks.
Snacks consist of usually two of the following: Cheerios, cinnamon raisin bread (I put a little cream cheese on it), pumpkin bread, fruit (usually banana or berries), hummus, crackers, graham crackers, goldfish, smoothies, raisins... and lots of other random stuff.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Sometimes a snack. And he also nurses about 6 times a day (including night).
ETA: Ooops. I thought what kind of meals. He eats what we eat. Usually eggos and yogurt for breakfast on weekdays. Lunch is usually some string cheese, baby spinach, cucumber, deli turkey, bread with creamcheese or something similar. Dinner whatever we eat that night.
DD pretty much eats what I eat through out the day.
Breakfast: eggs and toast, bagel with cream cheese, yogurt, I make a "green machine" smoothy, cereal and fruit, pancake or waffle with fruit
Lunch: PB&J, turkey and cheese roll ups, quesadilla with tomato and chicken, left overs from diner, soup and grill cheese. I usually offer some kind of fruit slices and cheddar bunnies with lunch as well.
Snack: puffs, cheerios, pretzels and hummus, yogurt, cheese stick, cracker with peanut butter
Diner: Whatever we are having, this has actually made me and DH look at what we are eating and make sure it is a healthy choice for all of us.
