Recommend your Toy Work Bench

DS announced that Santa will be bringing him a work bench. I am torn between a wooden one like Melissa and Doug or plastic with drills that make noise.

Does your LO have one? What type and would you recommend it?

Ikea! (I love Ikea)

I've also thought about a DIY one- an end table and some of that peg wood. Seems fairly easy.

DS actually has the Home Depot plastic one. I got it at a consignment store for $10 in great condition with every single piece still there! He loves the noises, "real" tools and its not heavy so if it falls over it doesn't hurt anyone.

We have the Black and Decker Junior Workbench. DS loves playing with it. The price listed on amazon is much higher then what I paid for it last Christmas.

Thank you! I think this is the one we settled on. I was looking at the reviews and they were all great. I like that their are additional accessories you can buy for it. I saw the Home Depot ones at tRU but the reviews were terrible and they are twice the price of this one.
