Confession: Could not wait!

So I work in a clinic where I have ultrasound technology available to me and it is in a side room that I can go to where no one knows I am there if they are busy for like 5-10 minutes. I had my first appt almost 2 weeks ago - basic info, bloodwork, pelvic exam. But no u/s - I am due to have a heartbeat check on the 31st.

Well, with that kind of wait and the opportunity at my finger tips . . .I snuck in there and ultrasounded my uterus! I was able to see a little sac. I couldn't believe it. Its not the clearest image since our U/S machine is the best but hey - at least I know all this pain and m/s is really worth something right now!!

I guess I dont feel that bad since the nurse told me I could - so long as I didnt get freaked out if I couldnt find anything. Its gonna be a long 8 months to go if I am already this impatient! haha

Haha good for you! I totally would've done the same thing! I would've been really nervous about not seeing anything and then freaking out but i'm very glad you did! Yay!

Glad to know Im not crazy with my impatience. I sent the images to DH (he is a dr too) and his response " Its a boy!" haha. But he agreed he could see it too!
