I've never really posted on this board but am hoping you ladies might have a few ideas.
My toddler has a perpetually stuffy nose, thanks to the climate and such. But I am at a loss as to how to help him. He doesn't blow hard enough to get anything out. He won't let me use a bulb syringe. He won't even let me get a finger up there to just get the junk out! Any ideas?
TIA!
Re: Dealing with a stuffy nose...
yeah try those saline drops- I turn my daughters (2 yrs 1 week) favorite show on then pretend like I squirt it in my nose first then she lets me put it up hers- same then with that suction bulb- I pretend to do mine and then she lets me do hers. I only get a few tries though! I tell her I have to get her boogers out and it makes her laugh.
I also use the humidifer and just wipe it with a warm moist cloth when its running.
Good luck!
