holiday tipping - cleaning agency

we have Molly Maids and two maids come every two weeks.  It's $95 each time.

How much to tip?  I was thinking $20 each?  i have no clue...

    I'm glad you posted this because I have been contemplating the same thing.  We have a service and two girls clean our house, so I don't know what to tip.  I know some people who have just one person and they give her the amount they pay for a normal cleaning as her tip, so I was thinking I would give each of my girls half of my normal weekly rate, which would be $55 each.  But that seems like a lot to me, so I really don't know.

    We have a husband/wife cleaning service every other week.  I was thinking of giving them the equivalent of one cleaning which is $87.  A random number,  so I was trying to decide to round up to $100 or down to $75.

    I gave them the amount of the cleaning to be split amongst them last year.  3 maids came and we gave them about $35 each.

    Last year we tipped the amount of one cleaning.  Seemed like a lot at the time, but she really appreciated it.

    Last year, I tipped the amount of a full cleaning.  There are two gals, so they each got half.
