Trip to the ER, probably out

I'm back and not with good news I'm afraid.
After waking up in the middle of the night with more cramping and light bleeding I went to the bathroom and there was a clot looking mass in the toilet. We went to the ER. The Dr examined me and said my cervix was open a little and she could see a little bleeding. The Dr said she thought what I passed was just a clot after looking at it but my husband and I thought it looked more like tissue.
They drew my blood and told me my HGC levels came back 199 which is too low for how far along I was suppose to be. After a long time waiting we go to see the ultrasound tech who couldn't find anything, not even a yolk sack or a cyst on my ovary which would have told her which side the egg came from. The ultrasound tech seems to think that there was implantation but something went wrong and there wasn't ever really a baby because there was something wrong with the egg or sperm and it never progressed, but we don't know for sure.
The ER Dr told me to go back for more bloodwork in 72 hours to check my HGC levels, if they are going down I've miscarried, if they go up I wasn't as far along as I thought and the baby was too little to find in an ultrasound.I took my 1st pregnancy test almost 3 weeks ago and I'm pretty sure about my dates. I hate to say it but I don't have much hope that my levels will go up. I'm pretty sure I'm out...

BFP on Cycle 17 09/27/12. EDD 06/04/12! Please Stick Baby! A/S 01/22/13 Baby looking great. Officially TEAM BLUE! Jack is getting a Baby Brother! RCS scheduled for 05/29/13. William Daryll born at 9:59am on 05/29/13. Left ovary and tube removed due to peach sized tumor found during RCS. Pathology came back benign!
