Disappointed NBR

So I applied for the great job I was telling you about. I had decided if offered I would definitely take it.

I had a phone interview to establish if I was still interested and met basic qualifications.

Well today the lady called back asking that I resend my application because it was lost!!

I did. She then informed me that over 100 people applied and the application are being reviewed by a panel of 4 then you have to interview with 4 people...

I haven't been eliminated...but I am not feeling so confident.

    That sucks. You have to at least feel a little better knowing that despite all of the applicants, they still want your application even after losing it.You had to have made some sort of positive impression for them to want you still in the running.

    I totally get this. I am so down lately about jobs. I have a sales job that I hate and I have been applying like crazy to things that are closer to what I went to school for, Advertising. But I am not getting any interviews and I am just discouraged about even applying anymore... boo.
