Max moves like crazy when im singing it's so awesome. i was curious of any of you had some of the same experiences, if it's music or you singing.
I said, "Oh my, what a marvelous tune" It was the best night, never would forget how we moved. The whole place was dressed to the nines, And we were dancing, dancing Like we're made of starlight Like we're made of starlight. ~TS
Mine kicks like crazy to music when I put headphones on my belly (I say she's dancing) I sing all the time, so she's probably just used to it because I don't notice her moving any more than normal with that. My husband is a band director & when I go to football games, I sit next to the band & she kicks to them playing. I think she will be musically inclined
DH and I are both musicians and LO goes crazy any time I sing or he plays. We were also at a wedding this past weekend where DH was part of the live band and LO kicked me nonstop through the entire reception. We definitely have a little music lover and I can't wait to train him on whatever instrument he wants some day.

I made baby girl a playlist -- it's songs that we felt a connection to throughout this pregnancy. Some upbeat and new releases, some great oldies. Here's a sample:
Blackbird - The Beatles
I and Love and You - Avett Bros
Home - Philip Phillips
Mercy - DMB
Hey Mama - Matt Kearney
And now I play it for her by putting my earbuds under my maternity pants' band. She either loves it or hates it because she gets active right when its turned on. Hopefully it'll bring back happy memories of my womb after she's born and hears it.
I went to an Alanis Morisette concert last Friday (small theatre venue, so not extremely loud) and the boy was kicking away when there was a good drumbeat or when I was singing along! Concert-going is quite tiring though-couldn't stand the whole time and walking around the couple blocks through the city was killer on the feets. My husband is already trying to procure a mini-guitar and drumset!
