Anyone else dizzy?

So last night for about an hour and a half I was really dizzy. I know it's normal to feel dizzy sometimes, but I have never experienced it and it kinda freaked me out. I felt drunk lol I laid on my side and went to sleep, when I woke up at 12:30 to pee I felt fine and feel fine this morning.

Anyone else get dizzy from time to time?

    Yep, but mine only happens in the morning. I asked my doctor about it last Friday, she told me its bc my sugar is low and I need to eat something. Which makes since bc i get dizzy before I eat breakfast.

    Yeah I've had a few spells and thought for sure I was going to pass out. Mine is def not blood sugar related because I eat every couple of hours. I'm going to talk to the dr tomorrow but I suspect my blood pressure dips or low iron

    I do. Most of mine is due to blood pressure drops (like when I've been sitting for a long time and I stand up too quick) and I have some that I know are from low blood sugar. The ones I get from low blood sugar are really bad because everything blacks out and all I can do is lay down until I can see again. Last time it happened was the first time DH had seen it and thought I was having a stroke or something and got ready to take me to the hospital.

    I was until I asked my OB. She said to eat protein at every snack and meal. Also drink more water. Since following her advice I've been fine.

    Yes. I get dizzy if I've gone without drinking for awhile or if I need to eat.

    Yes I have been, to the point of almost passing out. My OB said it is normal. You have extra blood flow/your heart is pumping harder. I just try to sit and drink/eat something if I feel like i'm going to topple over.

    Yes, if I am standing too long.  I have passed out in previous pregnancies so I try and be very careful!

    Im dizzy kind of often. Im in school to be a medical assistant so we have to take each others blood pressure every day. Today mine was 112/56 and when I was in the er the other night, it was 110/57. So I guess that's the cause of my dizziness.
