Birthday Ideas for Grandmas?

So my mom and my MIL bot have birthdays coming up this month and I am stumped for ideas for them. I have done lots of personalized stuff already for other holidays (wine glasses, frames, Shutterfly books, etc). If you have any cute ideas and would be willing to share them, please do! TIA!

I was totally going to say shutterfly book, or even a shutterfly calendar. We try to keep it simple and include the kids personal touches.

Other things that might be nice - gift certificate to a spa or restaurant, gift basket of gourmet foods and treats (stonewall kitchen, harry and david, pampered chef), tickets to a show... that's pretty much all I got, my creative juices are not flowing tonight! haha
