Stressed and cramping

I'm on cd20 and triggered cd16 ive been helping my parents move all weekend and today even though I didn't think i should be... long story and now I'm cramping. I really hope it's nothing and Im just over thinking and over stressing. I really had good vibes because re kept giving great reports now I'm not feeling so positive :

    I know it's hard, but try not to stress. Relax and put your feet up. I triggered five days ago and have been cramping pretty bad all day. FX we both get good news!
