2nd Time Mom w/ a POAS Question

in 1st Trimester
I took a 1st Response with my FMU today. There is a super super very very faint line. It's there, DH saw it, sent a text to my BFF she saw it, but barely. Does anyone know anything about evap lines on 1st Response? I thought they only occurred on the blue dye tests.

My cycle is irregular due to nursing. I was supposed to start yesterday according to my past 3- 24 day cycles.

What do you ladies think?

    Any pregnancy test has the potential to give an evap line. The problem with the blue dye tests is that they are notorious for false positives. If the line showed up within the time frame given on the test, no matter how faint, chances are it was a true positive. If you didn't notice the line until after the time frame, then I would take another test to make sure it was a positive and not an evap line. Good luck and congrats if you really are pregnant!

    This. Plus if you are still nursing it's entirely possible that your cycles haven't regulated yet and you O'd later this month than the past three. Good luck & Congrats!

    If you had a period recently (within the last month), I would calculate it from the first day of that for now. If you didn't, you will likely have to wait until you have a dating ultrasound to find out how far along you are and when your due date is.

    I did something stupid. I tested with a clear blue digital this evening and it said "not pregnant". I know I should have waited until morning, but my husband is convinced that line is too faint to "count" and I thought if I showed him one that said it in black and white (errr, black and grey) he'd realize. Now I am freaking out.
