Constipation help!!!

My almost 3 year old hasn't gone #2 all weekend and today she is complaining her belly hurts.  She had a slight fever yesterday and this morning but over all she is acting normal.  I am trying to help her go, I put some prune juice in her water cup but so far no action.  Does anyone have any other ideas???? I feel so bad for her and want her to feel better ASAP! Thank you so much!!

    We do 1/2 a cap of Miralax every night due to DS's horrible issues. We've also had to do the pedialax enimas a few times (after not going for 4-5 days). You can also try laxative drops by Little Tummies

    Fresh blueberries and pears always due the trick if my LO's are a little backed up.  Also Fleet brand makes pedialax liquid glycerin suppositories (about 4 ml) that you squeeze into their bottom it helps stimulate them to go and softens things up a bit (we recommend these a lot to our patients).  Hope she feels better soon.

    I give the kids fiber chewable "candy" or put fibercon (tasteless) powder into their milk.

    Try actual raisins or prunes. My LO eats them like candy when offered, even though we have not had problems with constipation.

    We use Miralax. Sometimes just a teaspoon or so will do the trick.

    We have the same problem, being in a bathtub for 30 minutes helps, she relaxes and finally goes, today it was IN the bathtub, gross.

    DS gets a bit of Miralax in his breakfast milk every day to help with this issue.  If he doesn't go for a few days, we up the amount and include some pears in his diet.
