As my has been telling these symptoms are completely natural however, I just want to vent. As I reached week 6, the nausea started for the past 2 wks I was feeling tired but still good & hungry. Now, I just eat smaller meals & things I can stomach. I can deal with it during the weekends when I am home b/c I get to rest but trying to get thru it during work....
How is/was everyone feeling at week 6? Any tips how to cope during the week?
Re: The nausea has kicked in.....
Gah, nausea sucks.
Little hard candies, especially ginger ones, have been helping me a bit. I also keep a sleeve of crackers near by to talk my stomach down if it starts getting really bad. Also, I'm not sure why, but keeping up with my water intake makes a huge difference?maybe because it's easy to get dehydrated, which definitely does not help with nausea.
Hope this helps
I noticed lemon water and lemon drops. Nothing else works nothing else even taste good

My mom is a health nut and has had 8 kids. So the day i found out i wast pregnant i went straight to her. The vitamin B6 is great!!! i take it twice a day and helps SOO much with the symptoms. i hardly ever feel nausea and it really helps with emotions. Ive been taking vitamin E, B6, prenatal, probiotic acidophilus, and raspberry ketones. Other then mild cramping from uterus growing ive been feeling pretty good. Oh and always tired. Id rather be tired then nausea tho!
Morning sickness sucks! Sorry you are suffering.
For me, it started right around 6.5 weeks both pregnancies and peaked between 8 and 10 weeks. Last time it didn't really go away until 17/18 weeks. I am hoping it will be gone sooner this time.
Hang in there!
