First period!

I'm 10 weeks PP after having a c section and I just started my first period (I think) and it's AWFUL.. Heavy and just miserable! Anyone else have the same problem!

Two days ago, I picked up the car seat with my son in it and feel like I pulled something in my lower right side and it feels like a sharp pain anytime I pick something up! Called my dr and they didn't seem concerned... I just wasn't sure if I'm completely healed from the c section so it scared me!

My doc said that most women are healed 90 percent by 6 weeks pp. He said if you do stuff, like exercise, or pick up the car seat, it might hurt and be sore, but there isn't much you can do to actually hurt yourself. I hope that's true!

yeah I was bleeding for 6-7 weeks PP, was cleared at 7 weeks and just started bleeding today (10 weeks PP today)! Not fun, but I took one of my motrin 600 MG they gave me when I was discharged!

I bled 5 weeks after the c-section and started my period a week later at 6 weeks pp. No pain associated with incision, though.

I bled off and on for about 11 weeks pp....it was awful. I didn't get my 1st pp period until 9 1/2 months pp, but I'm exclusively breastfeeding. Could it still just be pp bleeding? The pain sounds normal. I didn't feel fully healed for months. Even 6 months pp, doing crunches was hard at the gym. C-Section recovery just sucks, plain and simple!
