Flu shot during medicated cycle?

My employer is requiring employees to get flu shots and it has to be done by Dec.  I am just starting a medicated cycle.  Would you wait or go ahead and get the shot? 

I should add that I've never gotten a flu shot before so I'm a little apprehensive anyway.

    I've had mine during medicated cycles before. I would do it.

    Yeah, my doctor said it was fine to get it and suggested that I go now. They only time she told me not to go is when I had a cold already.

    Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
    18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!

    The first time I ever got one was when I was pg with DS2 who was due in mid December.

    I have been thinking I ought to get one this year, I just need to fit it in among all my other dr apts! :)
