Best Double for a toddler?

We have a City Select and realy like it, but my not yet 2year old is almost too tall for it already...  Any other thoughts?  The issue I have with my CS is that the bottom of the seat doesn't offer a foot rest or anything so her legs just dangle and it gets uncomfortable.  She will still want her stroller for a while.

    Have you extended the footrest and canopy?  They each have two height/length positions.

    We got a side by side double, the City Mini GT double, for my baby and 3 year old.  The tandem ones like the CS didn't seem big enough for my toddler who still likes the stroller.  Plus my toddler would NOT like to be put in back or practically underneath the other seat as is the case with a lot of the front/ back strollers.  We love our GT double, it's more than big enough for my 3 year old with room to grow (and she is on the tall side) and has been great for my baby who we used with this since she was 11 days old!

    I actually had no idea that this was possible.  I will give it a try.  Thank you!! I really don't want a side by side if I can avoid it.

    Looks like our DD's are pretty close to the same age!  It's nice that they built a little bit of growth into the seats.  For the footrest there are two round grey buttons that you push in and then pull out the bottom of the footrest.  For the canopy you have to take it right off the seat and then clip it back on at the higher level and re-attach the velcro at the sides.  Hopefully that works better for you!
