I have a bunch of Playtex bottles but they are the type you drop these plastic liners in. I hated having to buy them often and then throw out the liners (they are recyclable but still...it is just more waste). I inherited the bottles from SIL when I had DS, so I never really researched what bottles were good.
I will be EBFing but when I go back to work, I will be pumping so DH or daycare will use the bottles. I want something that does not have many parts, is easy to clean, and does not require a sterilizing machine, I can just boil the nipples in a pot of hot water. I definitely don't want something that requires me to go out and buy more supplies like the Playtex drop-in liners.
Any recs? Tell me why you like your bottles.
Re: Recommend your bottles
We use the new Similac Simply Smart bottles and we love them.

I think they are very easy to clean, they don't leak, and when I was BFing in the beginning and had to transition to pumping and formula DS had no problems adjusting to these bottles.

That's totally what I meant.
We've used the following: Both types of Avents, the Playtex Ventaires, and Dr. Brown's. DD has issues with spit-up and the Dr. Brown's seem to work the best. We hated the Ventaire's. BUT, all babies are different, and you may need to try a few before you settle on one.
