For those still dealing with this PITA (literally), what are you doing to relieve it at this point?

    I don't have any answers, but I'm so glad to see that I'm not the only one! I can't believe it is still an issue after all this time. I hope we both get some relief soon! :)

    The best thing - go see the doc and get them taken care of permanently!!!  Everyone in the family who has had it done wondered why on earth they waited as long as they had for such a super simple procedure.

    I only had for the first few months but it was BRUTAL. I got a prescription (I cant remember the name) and was a 100 times better than over the counter. I also took stool softeners for a few weeks until they were really gone. Now I need to be careful to eat a lot of fiber and not rush in the bathroom or else they come back.

    I dealt with this during my pregancy.  The only things that seemed to help were domeboro solution, sitz baths, and belive it or not aveno oatmeal baths.  The domeboro solution comes in packets.  Oh and I got a perscription for a stronger hyrocordizone cream.  Hope you start feeling better soon!

    I got them when pregnant also. I have one that comes back every once in a while and I just use tucks cooling wipes. I also use wipes when I have a BM. GL I know it's literally a PITA!
