Anyone on Celexa? I have a question re:dosage

I was put on Celexa 3 weeks ago.  The first week I only took 10mg, then 20mg from the second week on.  I felt great until about midway through the week.  My irritability and exhaustion has showed back up.  The problem is, I'm not sure if it's a situation where my dosage needs increased, or if it's because of waking up with the baby.  Anyway, what dosage are you taking?  Do you think I should call my doctor about this or wait another week and see if it's corrected itself because it was due to outside problems?  I hate to go increasing my dosage all willy nilly, but I don't even know if the 20mg is a low dose, normal, or what.

    Call the doctor and just state what is going on. Sometimes these medications take a lil bit to kick in, but the doctor will know what to do for you. I have seen Celexa at 40 or 60 mg daily, but all people react to medicaitons differently. Good Luck!!

    I have been on it for 3 weeks and extremely tired. Dd sleeps for 7 to 9 hrs straight at night and I'm sleeping all day and I normally have anxiety once or twice a year and now I have been having anxiety attacks every few days. I'm calling my dr tomorrow as these side effects are horrid. I feel like not myself. I'm also breastfeeding so not good. I read on the website that 20mg is a high dose and not to take more can cause problems so I Would talk to ur dr before increasing
