BFP-update

I went to the OB yesterday and blood work and a sono. They couldn't find anything on the sono, she said my lining was thick so it was a good sign it just might be too early. I played phone tag with the nurse for 3 hours this moring but finally talked to her....I'm totally knocked up!!!!!!!! My progreston levels are low so I have to supplement but it's not the shot this time, THANK GOD! I go back next week for another sono and more blood work.

I am at work trying to act like nothing is happening. I am in complete freak out mode. I still can't believe this is happening. I heard stories about IF people having surprise BFP but I NEVER thought I would be one bc DH and I both had issues.
