Decorations for E's party. PIPs

I wanted to hand make E's party decorations since I want the party to have a simple and homemade feeling. We have a lot of kids coming since I have a lot of nieces and nephews, my childhood friends all have kids and we've stayed in touch with the couples from our Bradley class and their babies. It will be outside and the theme is pumpkins.

Disclaimer: I know there was some talk about extravagance and having time to do homemade decorations during FFFC yesterday so I almost didn't post these.. I'm not posting this to make anyone feel bad (it's really not all that great!). I made these in front of the TV at night for about $40. I just want Es day to be special just like everyone else, I don't have a lot of money, and this is what I could come up with.

Sorry about the photos. I put everything in our dining room window hoping to capture it all in one shot before discovering that my camera is not working and that I would have to use my phone and that the pictures are backlit.

I bought a blue and orange scrapbooking file from Etsy for $5 and used and a template to make everything. The hats are for all of the kids coming.

These are the ubiquitous monthly photos we took with numbered stickers that I'll hang on a clothesline.

Giant letter E I made with foam board and fake rose petals. You can kind of see the foam pumpkins I got from the Target dollar bin and glued teal letters to spell out Happy Birthday Eden.
