This week I want to use up the meat I have in my freezer, but I have no idea what to make.
Here's what we have:
-top sirloin steak
-skirt steak
-pork cubed steak
-chuck eye steak
What are some good recipes for those meats? (I don't like anything spicy.)
Thanks in advance for anyone who links a recipe!

Re: NBFR - Need recipes for the meat I have in my freezer
This recipes can be modified to be used for whatever beef you have.
Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1lb lean steak cubes
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
A few dashes of Worstershershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Cover and cook in the slow cooker on high 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook 5-7 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
I also have a recipe for beef and beans but I use a roast. I'm not sure how steak would turn out in place of the roast, but if you want it I can type it in, too.

I am pretty pathetic and am cooking inept - I just rotate the same short list of recipes that include ground beef and chicken. I got the steaks dirt cheap and put them in the freezer since I didn't know what else to do with them!
(I am so cooking inept that I am currently looking up what temperature to put my griddle on to cook pancakes...)
