Eh, sick. NBR TMI

I am sick and I think I have a stomach virus. I can't even keep water down without puking it back up. The best part? I couldn't make it to the bathroom so I ended up puking next to the bed. I thought DH was cleaning it up last night but apparently he thought putting a towel over it would be enough until I woke up to step in it and clean it up. Thanks a lot dh! Luckily mil is keeping lo so I can try and sleep this off but it's my mom's 50th birthday and my sister and I planned a surprise party for later this afternoon. FX I am better by then because I would hate to miss it but at the same time shouldn't be there if I am sick. Nothing to this post, just that I feel like sh!t.

    Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear you're sick! I hope you're feeling better for your mom's party. And about your DH and putting the towel over the puke - totally sounds like something my DH would do.

    Thanks zyas and jfresh! Unfortunately I had to miss the party and check into the emergency room instead. They rehydrated me and gave me some zofran. I feel a bit better but still not fully myself. Luckily my siblings took pictures of my mom's reaction and she was super surprised, just wish I could have been there to celebrate with her.
