  DS #1 Born 5/19/2009 Sunshine in my life! DS #2 Born 6/3/2011 at 26 weeks, 4 days; passed away 6.5 hours later Transabdominal cerclage placed 4/16/2012 BFP 6/20/12!!!

  You should definitely go in to get checked out!

  Got checked and my cervix is 40% effaced, i'm dilated to almost 2cm. They gave me a shot to stop the contractions I was having since it was real labor and monitored me for a few hours until they stopped. I have a follow up with my doctor on Tuesday and i'm thinking I will be put on bed rest for sure now. *sigh* I just want her to stay in at least 3 more weeks and then she can come when she wants

  All of the above. Do not wait until you get to the point where L&D cannot do anything but deliver the baby.
